I want to introduce Thai fermented fish sauce and other Isaan ingredients to people of all nationalities. I believe that our fermented fish sauce can be used to cook a wide variety of dishes enjoyed by people around the world.

The story of Zab Mike's cooked fish sauce begins with the opening of Krua Ya Jai Restaurant in Kanchanaburi city. This idea was conceived by Mike Phiromporn, who would often invite chefs, mainly from Isaan, to cook and boil fermented fish sauce in the restaurant's kitchen area to test their skills. Eventually, Mike and his friends decided to find a separate place to boil the sauce to avoid disturbing the community with its smell.
We began by purchasing fermented fish sauce in bulk from a market in Thailand, boiling it, and experimenting with various recipes. I always try to follow a given formula because I aim to develop my own. Eventually, we connected with a factory to discuss the formulation, incorporating the knowledge gained from them with my mother's recipe to create our own unique recipe.
But with having to sing. The fish sauce at that time was still up and down because of heavy singing work. So I haven't done this matter seriously, but the desire to make fermented fish still exists all the time.
Even though there were many obstacles, he never gave up on trying to find the opportunity and timing to make Pla Ra (Fermented Fish Sauce) all the time. It has developed until today with advice from experts in the food industry. Many people have focused on production with machinery in the food industry, including channels and methods for preserving food such as sterilization to increase the shelf life of fermented fish sauce.
