Because of my life as a Thai person from Isaan, living in the rice fields since birth, I am bound to my father's ways and Isaan food.
Fermented fish sauce is an indispensable part of Isaan cuisine. My goal is to raise the quality of fermented fish sauce and other
Isaan ingredients, ensuring they are high quality, clean, and meet standards so that all Thai people can enjoy them confidently and
safely while experiencing the authentic Isaan taste. I want to introduce Thai fermented fish sauce and other Isaan ingredients to
people of all nationalities. I believe that our fermented fish sauce can be used to cook a wide variety of dishes enjoyed by people
around the world.

I take pride in being Thai and in the wisdom of Thai cuisine, and my intention is to create 'ZAB Mike's fermented fish sauce to
explore all over the world.' -
